How far ahead should we book a group river day?
Two to three weeks is comfortable in spring and four weeks in the busy summer weeks. Short notice is sometimes possible when a berth stays open, so call the dock line at +16817321334 and ask before you plan the drive.
Can we visit the dock before booking?
Yes. Come by during dock hours and a hand will walk you along the plank, show the gear shed shelves and explain the locker bank. If you arrive during a launch, wait by the office and the next available hand will take you through.
Do you take bookings by email only?
No. Email and the contact form are convenient, but the phone is answered whenever the dock is staffed, and the office keeps a paper board for every confirmed booking. A phone call is often the fastest way to settle a shuttle question.
